They have send me mails and followed up with me regarding the images and after all of the discussion they have actively ready to refund (sending back products)or they told they will give a refund of 30% as compensation . So I just bought this sunscreen like a month ago bc it’s very hard finding a sunscreen with no toxic ingredients like pfas and that is oily and acne skin safe. Consistency is very thick and creamy and feels very hydrating throughout the day. I have a fair warm skin tone, and it does leave a white cast but only SLIGHTLY so make sure you rub it in well. It’s a bit pricey but this sunscreen is so worth it!

I started using it when I had some mild acne issues on my back, and it has kept them away. My daughter now uses it for that.
