- Cut the seal between the masks to separate the 4 layers & gently insert your feet in the middle. Tighten the strap using the tab
- Relax for 90-120 minutes before taking the mask off to wash your feet. The peeling will begin anywhere between the first 5 days and the whole process will take 8-10 days
