- Mix 1-2 teaspoons with water or Pure Rosewater (for oily skin) or buttermilk (for dry skin) to form a paste.

I haven’t used it for long. Just finished my furst 450 ml bottle and I can feel my bloating post lunch/dinner has disappeared. For sometime I observed I wasn’t feeling hungry much. Making Dashmularishtha part of my routine for 1 week, and my appetite was back.
