Veeha Beauty has responded and I can confirm they have refunded me for the products. There has been a lengthy delay in shipping and in my opinion they have righted the situation. I appreciate their thorough customer service. I mean it when I say this gel is amazing! I must edit my earlier review and revise to say I now feel comfortable to recommend this product and this company.

Three weeks and still waiting

I ordered the hair gloss gel and was so excited to have it. I went to India in March 2024 and previously I only used ecogel. When I tried this in India, I learned the hold is incredible for thick curly hair. I ordered the gel and am still waiting to receive it. I emailed customer service because it has shown my items have been at the same facility for over a week with no further movement. They have responded twice to tell me they are looking into it. This store seemed nice for having a variety of items I can’t find anywhere else in the states. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my mind. I cannot recommend ordering from this business because there is no guarantee you will receive your order during the promised delivery window or at all.
