I havenβt used it for long. Just finished my furst 450 ml bottle and I can feel my bloating post lunch/dinner has disappeared. For sometime I observed I wasnβt feeling hungry much. Making Dashmularishtha part of my routine for 1 week, and my appetite was back. I would recommend starting with the minimum suggested dose for s week and adjust gradually. 2 teaspoon after meals twice a day has been effective for my digestion and overall gut health.
