Was so happy to find Kaishore Guggulu here. These tablets work very well. I usually take 2 after either lunch or dinner, but some people take it after two meals. It’s helping the arthritis in my finger.

I haven’t used it for long. Just finished my furst 450 ml bottle and I can feel my bloating post lunch/dinner has disappeared. For sometime I observed I wasn’t feeling hungry much. Making Dashmularishtha part of my routine for 1 week, and my appetite was back. I would recommend starting with the minimum suggested dose for s week and adjust gradually. 2 teaspoon after meals twice a day has been effective for my digestion and overall gut health.
