How to use
Step 1 Cleanser
Apply a little quantity on your face & neck region and gently massage in circular motion for 3-4 minutes. Wipe it off with clean facial towel or rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 2 Scrub
After the first step, apply this scrub in small quantities on wet face and neck. Gently massage the scrub in circular for about 3-4 minutes. Make sure the scrub reaches each part of your face & neck. This will act on the pores of your skin. Wipe it off with clean facial towel or rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 3 Cream
Apply the facial massage cream all over the skin. Gently massage it evenly for 8-10 minutes till it is absorbed by the skin. Wipe it off with clean facial towel or rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 4 Gel
Gently massage your face with this gel for 4-5 minutes till it soothes the skin. Wipe it off with clean facial towel or rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 5 Pack
Apply this face pack evenly all over the face & neck region. Leave it for 10-15 minutes till it dries up. Make sure that you tend to relax in this period of time. Wipe it off with clean facial towel or rinse off with lukewarm water.

I haven’t used it for long. Just finished my furst 450 ml bottle and I can feel my bloating post lunch/dinner has disappeared. For sometime I observed I wasn’t feeling hungry much. Making Dashmularishtha part of my routine for 1 week, and my appetite was back. I would recommend starting with the minimum suggested dose for s week and adjust gradually. 2 teaspoon after meals twice a day has been effective for my digestion and overall gut health.
